Companies supplying technology or services into businesses can sometimes find that their clients aren't always ready to accept delivery, or that they can onboard it, but haven't taken into account all the changes needed to integrate it smoothly.
It might be that they don't have the skills to set their system up for your product, or they could onboard it, but haven't set up the processes on their side correctly to gather all the benefits possible from the product.
Either way, they might end up unhappy.
It's not 'your' fault, but life could be made easier if there was someone making sure they ARE happy, and that they DO get the benefits they expected.
Having someone working with them to bridge the gap, making sure that both sides have the same understanding, means that they go away happy, AND that they want to come back for more!
