So, each business needs to develop and grow, evolving with the needs of its people, customers, and the market. This, on top of an ever-changing commercial climate, means that businesses are needing to move to more agile and flexible ways of working so they can maintain profitability in their market sector and maintain the welfare of the business's people.
To help with this, we're sharing our thinking to help those smaller businesses who feel they aren't as adept at managing change as they would like. We provide some insight, pointers and approaches that will help. Some of our blogs are directly about Change, but a Business's Culture is inherently a part of Business Change, as it involves people - you, me, them - Us! - and the wider implications that we all bring to the mix.
